Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the well-equipped gym, perfect for maintaining peak physical condition.

One of the standout features of Mbappé’s new home is its private golf course. This unique addition sets the property apart as the only mansion in the area with such a facility. The previous owner, Gareth Bale, who is known for his passion for golf, had this feature specifically included, making the property a golfer’s dream.

The estate spans a generous 3,000 square meters of plot, with 1,100 square meters of built-up area. Mbappé managed to secure this impressive property for €11 million, a notable reduction from the €13 million initially sought by Bale. This deal was facilitated by Realizza, a renowned real estate company specializing in luxury properties.
