According to the journalist, Liverpool is ruled out of the equation as Mbappé, if leaving Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), would only head to Real Madrid.

Prettenberg suggests that Mbappé’s departure from PSG in the next summer wouldn’t be a financial drama for the French club, even if the striker were to leave for free.

Mbappé is less than a month away from being able to negotiate with any other club and leave on a free transfer on July 1 of next year.

Additionally, he dismisses Liverpool from the equation, stating that if Mbappé leaves PSG, it would only be for Real Madrid.

Florentino’s strategy involves presenting a formal proposal to Mbappé starting in January, when the player is free to negotiate with any club upon the expiration of his contract on June 30.
