Kylian Mbappé remains enveloped in profound uncertainty, with the player from Bondy yet to decide his fate, leaving all possibilities open.

Neither Real Madrid nor PSG are willing to take his word at face value, and Mbappé strategically plays his cards publicly, keeping all options on the table, reminiscent of the 2021 saga.

Rumors, fake news, and biased reports continue to flood this case, particularly from Parisian media seemingly operating under the directives of Nasser Al-Khelaïfi and Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

In response, Florentino Pérez and José Ángel Sánchez navigate the situation with utmost discretion and caution, determined not to repeat past mistakes.

The current scenario is a game of uncertainty, with Mbappé’s contract set to expire with PSG on June 30, 2024. While this condition renders him a free agent post that date, the landscape could shift as early as January 1, 2024.

From January 1, he becomes free to negotiate with any club and secure a new contract with a prospective destination.

Le10Sport, however, asserts that neither Real Madrid nor Mbappé have the intention of finalizing a deal in January. The newspaper maintains that there’s no chance of an early departure, a scenario the Madrid club hasn’t even considered.

Speculation had arisen in some quarters regarding Mbappé leaving before June to ensure PSG received a transfer fee, avoiding the spectacle of their star forward departing as a free agent.

However, this notion is entirely ruled out, providing a positive development for Florentino Pérez in his pursuit of the player. The plan remains unchanged, with January signings not in consideration, aiming for a move in July despite others abandoning ship prematurely.
