La Liga president Javier Tebas has spoken about Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappé. In an interview with Movistar, the Spanish league boss was asked about the probability of the 24-year-old forward moving from France to Spain.

When asked about the possibility of the French star’s move to Spain, Javier Tebas said: “Next year I will give it a 70% to 80% chance.”

The 61-year-old also spoke about other issues in and around Spanish football.

“The only league we can compare ourselves to is the Bundesliga because it is the only league in which we are sustainable. The first time they signed an unusual deal was with Kane.”

On a possible reconciliation with Florentino Pérez, he stated: “There is an abysmal difference between what we think of European football. There is no possibility of agreement, that the big clubs decide how the money is redistributed is unacceptable. There is no possibility of a reconciliation with Florentino Pérez.”

The Spanish league is without the goal line technology. It is the only top flight championship in Europe without the recent innovation.

Javier Tebas added: “We have been using the camera on the goal line for many years. It is not an economic issue, it is a usage issue. Where there are errors is with the goal technology. It is not perfect, we prefer this one. We do not plan to implement it.”
