Mbappé’s destination next summer will be Real Madrid – Romano

Kylian Mbappé and Real Madrid have developed a never ending cycle of transfer rumours during the last few years.

One moment he seems close to leave Paris. The next moment, he stays. The story was no different this summer.

After being left out of Paris Saint-Germain’s pre-season traveling squad, all roads lead to the player closer to leaving the French capital.

Veteran Real Madrid player Dani Carvajal in an interview during the recent international break said: “I thought he was coming. At the moment when he did not travel to the Japan tour…”

“At the moment when he was out of the tour, we saw his signing close. Then it seems that everything twisted a little and did not come,” the right back added.

The transfer window has ended and the questions remains whether or not he will join Real Madrid next summer.

Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has shared his latest thoughts on the Mbappé saga.

In his words, he says: “Kylian Mbappé agreed not to receive his annual loyalty bonus to play again with PSG. From what I hear, I think his destination next summer will be Real Madrid whether via a clause or for free.”

The 2018 World Cup winner joined the French club in 2017 for an initial season-long loan deal and was signed permanently the following summer.
