Real Madrid right back Dani Carvajal has confirmed that he has taken legal action against an interpreter.

This came in an official statement from the player on his X (formerly Twitter) account.

The translator worked with the Spanish national team at the World Cup in Russia.

As result of having signed a confidentiality agreement, Alex Pena, the translator, has not been able to speak until now.

In an interview with YouTube channel Che America Latina, Alex mentioned several things he saw within the Spain squad during the tournament.

Amongst them, he said: “I entered and saw the room full of bottles of beer, cigarettes, hookahs… They came to ask me at seven in the morning for beers…”

“I was in the kitchen, talking to them, and Nacho Monreal, Dani Carvajal and David De Gea arrived to ask me to invite them to party with them,” he added.

The biggest reveal

The biggest revelation from the interpreter however, was what he said about the Real Madrid right back.

In his statements, he said: “We went to a hotel suite, they asked for vodka and a hookah and I acted as a translator. Suddenly, Carvajal asked me to tell one that I wanted to put his cock up her throat.”

“They came back angry and Carvajal didn’t understand having been rejected as a Real Madrid player.”

Carvajal denies the reports

Dani Carvajal has however stated on his X (formerly Twitter) account that these reports are “totally false”.

“All the information reported in the press during these days referring to me is totally false.
From my involvement in political parties to a sexual assault at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.”

“I find it absolutely regrettable and extremely delicate that the media has the right to write with impunity, giving credibility to the words of third parties, staining my name and honor. I have already taken legal action,” Carvajal said in a statement.
