Real Madrid deny publish statement on Kylian Mbappé, denies negotiations
Real Madrid have released an official communication regarding alleged negotiations being reported.
The club denied having any contacts with Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappé.
Reports in recent hours indicated that Los Blancos has initiated talks with the French attacker in a bid to lure him to the Bernabéu next summer.
Official statement
“In view of the information recently published by various media outlets regarding alleged negotiations between the player Kylian Mbappé and our club, Real Madrid C.F. would like to state that this information is categorically false and that no such negotiations have taken place with any player belonging to PSG,” Real said in a statement.
It’s not entirely clear whether a move next summer will materialize. Sources in France have reported within the last two days that Kylian Mbappé renewing his contract with PSG cannot be ruled out.
