Real Madrid has successfully renewed the contracts of two pivotal players, Fede Valverde and Eduardo Camavinga.

Juanma Castaño, in El Partidazo de COPE, revealed the details of this development, which will soon be officially announced by Real Madrid.

Fede Valverde, whose contract was set to expire in 2027, has extended his stay until 2028. Meanwhile, Camavinga’s contract, originally set to end in 2025, has been extended to 2028.

These renewals also come with improved salaries, reflecting their crucial roles in Real Madrid’s midfield. There was a concern about potential offers from powerful markets like Saudi Arabia, prompting the club to increase their release clauses to a staggering 1 billion euros, as noted by Melchor Ruiz.

Eduardo Camavinga, at just 20 years old, has established himself as both a regular starter for Real Madrid and a constant presence in the French national team.

His physicality, vision, and versatility in both defensive and midfield positions make him indispensable to Carlo Ancelotti. In the current season, he has featured in all 11 official matches, including 9 in La Liga and 2 in the Champions League.

Camavinga joined Real Madrid in September 2021 and has already added six official titles to his name, including a La Liga, Copa del Rey, Champions League, Spanish Super Cup, UEFA Super Cup, and a Club World Cup.

Fede Valverde, who made the transition from Real Madrid Castilla to the first team in the summer of 2018, is another central midfielder for both his club and his national team. The Uruguayan has played in every match so far this season and scored a crucial goal in the victory against Real Sociedad.

He also netted a stunning goal against Napoli in the Champions League, although the UEFA credited it as an own goal to the Napoli goalkeeper.

These contract extensions provide Real Madrid with valuable stability in the midfield, securing two of their key players for the foreseeable future.
