Real Madrid’s potential Champions League group stage opponents revealed

Real Madrid, the most successful club in Champions League history, is set to return to the competition for another exciting season. With 14 titles already under their belt, the Spanish giants will aim to add one more to their tally in the upcoming season.

 

The draw takes place on Thursday, August 31. As the draw for the group stage approaches, the fans of the club are eagerly awaiting to know the potential opponents that they may face. As per the current seedings, Real Madrid is placed in Pot 2 along with Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan, Manchester United, Porto, RB Leipzig and Atletico Madrid.

Pot 1 are Manchester City, Sevilla, Barcelona, Napoli, Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-German, Benfica and Feyenoord.

 

In Pot 3, the likes of Crvena Zvezda, Lazio, Shakhtar Donetsk, RB Salzburg, AC Milan, Braga, PSV, FC Copenhagen.

 

In Pot 4, there are several teams to watch out for. RC Lens, Newcastle United, Young Boys, Real Sociedad, Galatasaray, Celtic, Union Berlin, Royal Antwerp.

 

As per the rules of UEFA Los Blancos can’t face teams in it pot and teams from LaLiga EA Sports.
