Brazil traveled to Colombia to play Colombia on Friday morning in the CONMEBOL World Cup Qualifiers. The game was played at the Estadio Metropolitano Roberto Meléndez.

Brazil names its starting lineup for the game and it featured Real Madrid’s Vinicius Junior.

The player had a good start to the game, assisting Arsenal’s Gabriel Martinelli for Brazil’s opener.

In the 26th minute however, he felt discomfort in his left thigh.

The player retired to the bench and was being treated for the injury.

At half-time, Vini limped to the changing room.

The mishap comes barely twenty four hours after French midfielder Eduardo Camavinga also got injured in a training session.

Jude Bellingham had initially returned to Madrid after also suffering a shoulder injury in a Los Blancos game.

There is not sufficient information about the situation at this point.

Much information will be known in the coming hours.
