Endrick’s Homecoming; A charity Volleyball Football Championship in Brazil

In a heartwarming return to his hometown of Brasilia, Real Madrid forward Endrick has not only embraced the comfort of family. He has also exemplified the spirit of giving back to the community that shaped him. On the 30th of this month, Endrick orchestrated a charity volleyball football championship at the Arena FC. This is a gesture that not only showcased his dedication to his roots but also united the local community for a noble cause.

To participate in the event, attendees were asked to bring 3kg of non-perishable food, a simple yet impactful way to contribute to those in need. Endrick’s decision to blend sports with charity added a unique dimension to the event, turning it into a celebration of community spirit. The matches, played in the accommodating Arena FC, provided a space for friendly competition and camaraderie. It had the capacity to host between 500 and 800 people ensuring a vibrant and engaged audience.

The palpable sense of connection to Vila Guaíra, a place Endrick holds dear, was evident in his words. “We made the decision to organize a charity championship among friends, to do something closer to Vila Guaíra.”  He said. The choice to direct all collected food to the Jardim Céu Azul community underscores Endrick’s commitment to addressing local needs and making a positive impact on the lives of those less fortunate.

Amidst the festivities, Endrick took the opportunity to interact with the attendees, encouraging their active participation in the charitable initiative.
