Jude Bellingham has always been one of the standout players and has the ability to rank among the top midfielders in the world.

Losblancoslive.com examines his progression over time during the first few years of his club football career.

Bellingham, who was born in 2003, joined Birmingham in 2010 to help with the development of the under-8 team. He began to make an impact in the under-18 team when he was 14 years old and made his under-23 debut at the age of 15.

Bellingham, who is 16 years and 38 days old, made history as the youngest player to ever represent Birmingham in the 2019–20 season.

In August, he made his club debut against Portsmouth in an EFL Cup game. Nineteen days later, he faced Swansea City in a league match.

A number of the top clubs in Europe were reportedly sniffing around Bellingham by January 2020, with Manchester United reportedly making an offer of £25 million for his talents. In spite of rumors, Bellingham continued to support his old team and helped them avoid being dropped to League One.

In 44 games across all competitions, he scored four goals to conclude the season.

He received two honors at the EFL Awards: EFL Young Player of the Season and Championship Apprentice of the Year.

A decision by the young chap was needed to be taken about his next club as many European Clubs wanted to sign him.

On July 20, 2020, Dortmund announced his transfer, making him the most expensive 17-year-old in history. It was said to cost £25 million.

Bellingham scored twice in his DFB-Pokal debut against MSV Duisburg, a third-tier team. By achieving this, he set club records for both the youngest goal scorer in the competition and the youngest scorer in any competitive game.

He picked up his first league assist against Borussia Monchengladbach in his Bundesliga debut.

On October 20, 2020, Bellingham made his Champions League debut against Lazio. He played in his first Champions League match at the age of 17 years.

The Englishman concluded a stellar first season for Dortmund with his first trophy, the DFB-Pokal, as Dortmund defeated RB Leipzig 4-1 in the championship game.

He made 46 appearances and scored four goals throughout the season.

He had another strong season in 2021/22, making 44 appearances and tallying six goals in all competitions.

When Bellingham donned the captain’s armband for the first time against FC Koln and again against Sevilla in the Champions League a few days later, he was just 19 years old, making him the youngest captain in the Bundesliga.

After playing a key part for Dortmund in the championship game, Bellingham was voted Bundesliga Player of the Season.

On 15th June, 2023, an official  announcement was made by Real Madrid Club that he has completed his medical at the Sanitas ahead of his move to Real Madrid for an initial 103 million euros with add-ons of 30%, which could rise to 30.9 million euros.

A new journey begins for the English international and a lot is required from him . Real Madrid faithfuls around the globe wishes him a warm welcome and the best of luck to his new club.
