Youssef Enríquez Lekhedim, known as Yusi, is an important young talent at Real Madrid. The club has extended his contract until 2028.

He’s only 18 years old and was supposed to finish his contract in 2025, but the club wanted him to stay longer. They see him as a big part of the club’s future, reports AS.

Yusi was already important last season, helping his team win many matches. Now, he’s even more essential. His coach, Arbeloa, thinks highly of him.

Yusi plays as a left-back, runs very fast, and has a good left foot for making assists. In a recent game against Napoli, he gave two great assists in a 6-0 win. In the last six games, he scored one goal and made five assists.

He came to Real Madrid in 2017 from Getafe and has improved a lot since then. This new contract, announced by his agency, shows that the club values him a lot.

Real Madrid is known for training good left-backs. Yusi is following in their footsteps after players like Fran García and Miguel Gutiérrez.

Before, Yusi played for Spain’s youth teams, but he chose to represent Morocco instead. He has already played for Morocco’s Under-20 team, the Atlas Lions.
