Real Madrid name squad list for Champions League return leg against Braga

After a rather unfortunate goalless draw in front of 70,000 spectators at the Bernabéu on Sunday, Real Madrid will look to put the past behind them. A chance to forget Sunday night’s painful draw against Rayo has arrived 72 hours later.

Carlo Ancelotti’s men take on Braga at the Bernabéu on Wednesday night, a match corresponding to matchday four of the 2023/2023 UEFA Champions League season.

Despite having suffered crucial injuries at the start of the season, Real Madrid have managed to squeeze three victories out of their first three Champions League games this campaign. The latest of them was a 2-1 win in Portugal against Wednesday’s opponents.

Carlo Ancelotti has named his 21-man squad for the clash on Wednesday.

English sensation Jude Bellingham was included in the squad list despite having problems with his shoulder.

Real Madrid Castilla’s top scorer of the season Nico Paz was also called up by the Italian.

Arda Güler, making his second squad list appearance of the season, has chances to make his Real Madrid debut.
