Video: Arda Güler wows fans at Euros minutes before game against Austria

Turkey faced Austria on Tuesday night in what was a thrilling European Championship encounter. With just 58 seconds on the timing screens, Turkey had the ball in the net for the first goal of the night.

The goal was scored by kind courtesy of an Arda Güler corner kick. The ball fell right in front of Austrian goalkeeper Patrick Pentz and kicked into the net by Merih Demiral.

Turkey won by 2-1 and moved to the quarterfinals of the competition.

Hours after the game, a video published by Turkey’s national team shows Arda Guler accurately predicted the scoreline of the game.
